On behalf of the Learning Development Group, I would like to take this opportunity to invite all of you to an open house of the new Help Desk training facility Friday January 24th.
On behalf of the Learning Development Group, I would like to take this opportunity to invite all of you to an open house of the new Help Desk training facility Friday January 24th. As most of you may have heard by now the training lab has moved and is now located in the Resource Center in B214(Basement).
We plan on having 2 sessions on the 24th, one in the morning 9:30 to 11:00 and the other one from 3:00 to 4:30 that same afternoon. We'll play some of the John Cleese videos, and show case some of the CBT's we have available for training, so stop on by if you get a chance. You should make sure to check with your Team Lead / Student Manager if you're scheduled to work.
The date is a special one for me, so come on down and help me celebrate my "25th" birthday. I'll send out a follow up message next week, and "Treats" will be available. David (the Doctor) Davenport
