The Integrated Telephony (telephone dial in) feature in Blackboard Collaborate was not available for several hours on Tuesday September 17th.
Blackboard is working to bring this feature back on-line as quickly as possible. We will update this news item when the Integrated Telephony is working.
The issue was resolved by Blackboard at 8:30 pm Tuesday September 17th.
