We have recently rolled out Help Online service for Tech Partners. Please familiarize yourself with the Tech Partner HelpOnline (HOL) Handling Information.
Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the "Tech Partner HelpOnline (HOL) Handling Information" document, located at: http://helpdesk.doit.wisc.edu/internal/page.php?id=966
In particular, please pay close attention to the specific support conditions the Tech Partners must meet to qualify for the "special' TP HelpOnline handling. The conditions are listed under the "Support Conditions" section of the handling document.
