WiscVPN - Disconnecting from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect Client (Android)

This document explains how to disconnect from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect client on Android devices.

How to Disconnect

  1. To disconnect from the GlobalProtect VPN, simply open the GlobalProtect app, and tap on the green shield icon above "CONNECTED."

  2. When GlobalProtect is successfully disconnected, the entire app screen will turn gray and the words "TAP TO CONNECT" will appear at the center of the screen.
