Provides information needed to get an InfoAccess account and authorization to use InfoAccess data views.
If you are interested in writing your own queries using data from the InfoAccess Data Warehouse or running queries that require data base authorization, follow the steps below based on where you are employed.

Before requesting authorization, review the InfoAccess Data View Documentation. If you need help deciding what data you need, please contact the appropriate data custodial office(s) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The data custodian for each data resource is listed in the data documentation.
UW-Madison Employees with a NetID
Use the InfoAccess Data Request application which enables users to:
- Submit a request for access to new data views
- Check on the status of pending data requests
- Receive email notification when request has been processed
UW System Employees (UW Madison users follow directions above)
Send email to request approval
Include full data view names (as listed in the documentation)
Send email to each data custodian requesting their approval
