Office 365 (iOS 8/7) - Creating and Modifying contacts

This document contains instructions on using a non-Microsoft email client, such as Apple Mail or Thunderbird. Microsoft does not recommend these clients for use with Office 365, and there are often significant limitations in client functionality as a result.

This document will assist in the creation of a New Contact using iOS 7 or 8 devices, and will also assist you with Editing an existing contact.

Creating and Editing a Contact using iOS 7 or iOS 8

  1. Open the Contacts Icon on your home screen.

  2. Choose the + symbol to add a New Contact.

    Select the +

  3. Apply contact information.

    Enter Contact Information

  4. You can also apply these settings to the contact;

  • Choose Done and the New Contact will be created in your contacts list.

  • To Edit a contact, find them in your contact list and choose Edit
