This document provides a list resources pertaining to Microsoft 365, Google, Zoom, Box, and Qualtrics account changes or deactivations.

Please note, if you leave the University and the HRS/Registrars office updates their records to reflect this change, their status update will trigger your service-based account change or deactivation for the following services:

Affected Services:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Google
  • Zoom
  • Box
  • Qualtrics

Note: Service-based deactivation will not impact the NetID Login Service.
