e-Reimbursement - Email notifications may not display in Outlook Web Access
Users of Outlook Web Access may encounter issues with email notifications generated by the e-Reimbursement.
When a user of Outlook Web Access attempts to preview or open one of the affected notification emails, they will receive an error indicating that the page cannot be displayed. This problem occurs because the links contained in the e-Reimbursement notification emails are not interpreted properly by Outlook Web Access.
Unfortunately, this problem is due to the way that Outlook Web Access handles links and cannot be solved by the end user. The suggested solution is to use another mail program instead of Outlook Web Access. This problem does not affect the WiscMail web client or any currently supported standalone mail programs.
