Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall and completely remove previous Creative Cloud installations

In most cases, you should try other relevant fixes before resorting to a complete uninstall and reinstall. However, this will fix the most common corrupted file issues.
  1. Remove all Adobe apps installed on the machine. 
    1. Uninstall apps
    2. Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app
  2. Remove any remaining Adobe folders from the machine.
    1. Windows:
      C:\Program Files\Adobe
      C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
      C:\ProgramData\Adobe
    2. Mac OS:
      /Library/Application Support/Adobe
      ~/Library/application Support/Adobe
  3. Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool on the machine:

  4. Restart the machine.
  5. Install the Creative Cloud Desktop app from:
    https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud
