Creating an Outlook Signature

The following document details how to create a signature for your Outlook email account. This docment is designed for use with Outlook 2010 and 2013

Everyone should use an Outlook signature for any e-mails they send. To create or edit an Outlook signature follow these steps.
 
 
If you are using Outlook 2013 the design will look slightly different then the following pictures, however everything will be in the same place. 
 

1. Click "New E-Mail"

2. Click on the "Signature" dropdown menu and select "Signatures"

3. Click "New"

4. Enter a name for the signature (for the next image I used"NewSignature")

 

5. Type out your desired signature in the text field below

Make sure your signature is polite and professional!
