Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g- Complete the Compliance Agreement After Requesting Entitlements
This document describes the action required to complete the Compliance Agreement in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). When you or someone acting on your behalf submits an Oracle Identity Manager request to obtain HRS security roles (e.g. entitlements), you will receive an email with the subject, "Action Required: Compliance Agreement for Request xxxx". A user has 14 calendar days to complete the Compliance Agreement; otherwise, it will be dropped, and a new entitlement request would be needed.

In the Oracle Identity Self Service page, click on the Inbox icon (displays as a checkmark) towards the top of the page.
In the Inbox, under the Title column, you should see an entry that reads Compliance Agreement for Request XXXX. Click on the hyperlink to access the Compliance Agreement.
Read through the Compliance Agreement in its entirety. If you understand and agree to terms, click Yes under the I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND & AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS section.
After clicking Yes, the Compliance Agreement tab shows a BLANK, white page. This means the Compliance Agreement has been submitted successfully. Close the Compliance Agreement tab by clicking on the X in the tab's right corner.
After closing the Compliance Agreement tab, the Inbox displays the same Compliance Agreement number. The Inbox page needs to be refreshed manually so that the previously submitted Compliance Agreement is removed from the task list. To do this, click on the Refresh icon, located at the far right-hand side of the screen.
NOTE: If you do not see the Refresh icon, it may be somewhat hidden due to your screen size. Click on the two right arrows (looks like a chevron) to display a small pop-up window that allows you to select the Refresh icon.
After clicking the Refresh icon, the task list count is updated, and your Compliance Agreement should no longer display.
AFTER THIS STEP: The Compliance Agreement is routed automatically to an Approver. Once all the approvals are completed, your HRS security roles (e.g. entitlements) will be provisioned.
