Application Review for Research Oversight at Wisconsin (ARROW)
ARROW is now live for all researchers submitting to the HS IRBs. ARROW must now be used for both new submissions and existing protocols.
To LOGIN to ARROW, go to http://arrow.wisc.edu and click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner.
Below are links to topics that we have developed guidance pages for. Each link contains help on various ARROW issues study teams have come across. Please send us feedback on other topics you think would be beneficial.

ARROW Reference Videos
We have created a series of reference videos to help guide ARROW users through the new electronic submission system. You will need the free Adobe Flash Player to view the videos, though most computers should have this already installed.
ARROW Help Line Email
All ARROW questions for the HS-IRBs should be directed to email@example.com. This email is staffed until 3PM, Monday-Friday. Emails received before 3PM can expect a response that same day. Emails received after 3PM will be responded to the next day.
Any ARROW questions regarding a submission to the SBS/ED-IRB should be directed towards their office.
