HS IRBs Presentation Request Form

Use this form to request a presentation by the HS IRBs.

The HS IRB office is available to provide the research community with presentations and trainings on a variety of topics, as well as individual consultations for investigators seeking assistance on a specific program or application. To request a presentation or consultation, please complete and submit this form.

Presentations

Requests for group presentations should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the preferred date of the presentation. After the request form is receive, you will be contacted via email by someone from the HS-IRBs office. Please note that the HS-IRBs office is able to offer group presentations as staffing needs allow.

Please note: The HS IRB office is also offers “IRB for Beginners Workshops”. This 90-minute workshop gives participants a first-hand view of the resources available on the HS-IRBs website as well as basic tools and tips for the ARROW electronic application submission system. This workshop is aimed to help people that are new to the HS-IRBs review process. Please email Brooke Mechelke at bmechelke@medicine.wisc.edu to reserve your spot in the next session. Spaces are limited.

Consultations

IRB consultations are offered to assist researchers with understanding the IRB process. Researchers new to the IRB submission process at UW-Madison may particularly benefit from the consultation service. Please complete the request form and a representative will contact you shortly to schedule an appointment.
