What is StrokeNet?
UW-Madison is one of twenty-five regional coordinating centers for StrokeNet, a research network focused on stroke prevention, treatment, and recovery. StrokeNet relies on a central IRB (at the University of Cincinnati) to provide IRB oversight for its studies.
Who may qualify to use the StrokeNet reliance agreement?
Researchers affiliated with institutions participating in StrokeNet may use the StrokeNet reliance agreement.
What types of research may qualify for review under the StrokeNet reliance agreement?
Only studies reviewed and approved by StrokeNet administration qualify for review under its reliance agreement.
