NetID Login - Error Opening Content linked from Office 365
This document describes a login error that some users will encounter when following links to NetID-protected pages from Microsoft Word (Win).
When following opening the linked page, the error message appears that reads "Sorry there was a problem."
Microsoft has this issue documented on this page.
The steps are as follows:
Download this file.
Open/Run the MSI file.
Follow the steps in the easy fix wizard.
