Google Chrome (iOS) - Enable or Disable the Pop-Up Blocker

This document explains how to enable and disable Google Chrome's pop-up blocker.

  1. Open Chrome on your iOS device.
  2. Click the three horizontal dots in the bottom right corner.

  3. From the menu that appears, select Settings. 
  4. Once in the Settings window, click on the Content Settings tab (usually accompanied by a gear icon).
  5. Then click Block Pop-ups.
  6. Toggle the switch on to enable or off to disable the pop-up blocker. If the toggle is blue, then pop-ups will be blocked.

  7. Exit all windows once you are finished.
