Online course content and copyright

Making copyrighted material available online raises different concerns than displaying content in a physical classroom or providing a handout to students sitting in front of you. The following resources can help you teach online while complying with copyright laws. If you’d like more information about copyright or fair use or if you’d like help finding resources you can use online, contact Carrie Nelson at College Library.

Useful sources for images, audio, and video content
