Contact DoIT for SSH key pair authentication setup

Learn when and how to contact DoIT to set up SSH key pair authentication on your Secure Agent before creating IDMC connectors.

Connections involving SSH key pair authentication

Using SSH key pair authentication instead of username and password credentials requires an in-depth setup on the Secure Agent. Given this complexity, the DoIT Integration Team asks that you contact us to generate the key pair on the Secure Agent before you create the connector you need. We can work directly with the system administrators of the server you are communicating with to exchange the public key, and we can discuss with you where the public key is located within the Secure Agent for further setup of the Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) connector.

If you administer your department's separate Secure Agent, please let us know if you require assistance with generating the key pair or adjusting settings on an IDMC connector.

You can reach us by email at integration-platform@doit.wisc.edu.
