Purpose Statement:
Our team commits to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that seamlessly integrates remote and onsite work. We aim to enhance communication, honor our diverse values and working styles, and establish consistent and uniform practices across the team. Our team strives to create a cohesive and productive atmosphere where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. We will share this agreement with new team members and review and update it on a yearly basis to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

- Designate a weekly ongoing schedule that reflects onsite & remote work
- Keep calendars, planners & board current with work location, absences, availability status, & current tasks.
- Select categories, post comments, & attach files to reflect progress in shared spaces
Maintain Work Life Balance
- Respect meeting length, meeting free days, & avoid double booking
- Prioritize balance for self & others by expressing & honoring shared out-of-office boundaries
- Update calendars & set out-of-office replies to manage expectations
