General - OCLC - Creating an OCLC Connexion Session

Create Session

Launch the OCLC Connexion application.

Select Tools → Options from the pull-down menu.

Choose the Access tab.

Select OCLC Default – For most users (http://connexion.oclc.org).

Leave the Proxy Server section as-is.

Click Apply, then OK.
Setup Authorization
⚠️ NOTE: To get authorization, contact Xiying Mi, Head of Resource Description.

Launch OCLC Connexion (if not already launched) and select File → Log On.

In the next dialog box, click Setup Authorizations to open the Authorizations tab.

In the Default row, enter:

Authorization (a number in the format ###-###-###, including hyphens)
-
Password
-
Name for the authorization
-
-
Click OK.
This will return you to the Logon OCLC Connexion box. Choose OK to log on.
