LCS - Deny in Kuali Build

The ability to deny a request in Kuali Build is not clearly obvious. This explains what is seen by the approver/denier and how they should proceed.
  1. The ability to Deny (vs. Approve) is under the “...” next to the Approve button when the user is tasked with approving or denying the request. 
    1. Deny is found under the dots
  2. Clicking on Deny, then brings up a comment box. A comment must be left before the Deny button becomes active. 
    1. Comments added before enabling Deny
    2. Reason added
  3. The submitter can then find the comment under their Document>Workflow Status>expanding the Denied step
    1. Where comments are found by submitter
