L&S Admin has created a shared Events Calendar for staff to download and add to their own Outlook Calendars. This calendar compiles all events across L&S in one place and streamlines any updates or changes to events that occur throughout the year. Please follow the instructions below to add the L&S Events calendar to your calendar groups.

To Download the Official L&S Events Calendar:

• For best results, download via the web version of Outlook.
  • Hit the calendar icon on the far left of screen.
  • Click “Add Calendar”
  • “Add from directory”
  • Select your email from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter the ls_events@ls.wisc.edu email.
  • Add to whichever calendar you’d like or makes most sense to you from the dropdown menu.
  • Click “Add”
  • The calendar should populate in your calendar options in Outlook (both web and app versions). 

• To download within the Outlook App
  • Click calendar.
  • Click on the home tab.
  • In the Manage Calendars group, click Add Calendar.
  • Select Open Shared Calendar … from within the drop-down menu.
  • Type ls_events@ls.wisc.edu in the Name box or click Name to select it from the Global Address Book. 
    • This will show up titled as LS EVENTS when searching
  • Click “OK”
  • The calendar should populate in your calendar options within Outlook (both web and app versions).
