Employee Assistance Office. The Employee Assistance Office is a resource provided by the University
of Wisconsin to assist employees and their immediate family members or
significant others who are finding it difficult to successfully cope
with personal or work related issues and concerns.
Persons holding a title in the Employees-in-Training title group are
normally acquiring additional training or experience in their field of
specialization. Two examples of Employees-in-Training titles are
Postdoctoral Fellow and Postgraduate Trainee.

Expense Details report
The Expense Details report is sent by L&S to departments as part of the department's summer approval. This report contains specific details for instructors, student appointments, and supplies & expenses.
The Expense Details report is stored in departmental Box folders (folder name = '48-#### Summer Sessions'). Department chairs/directors and managers have access to this folder, and need to share this report with departmental staff. The Expense Details report should be referenced while drafting appointment letters for short-term staff and Teaching Assistants.
This report is maintained by Amanda Mahr in L&S; new copies will be sent via Box as changes occur based on hiring, enrollment, etc.
