In order to complete these steps for a particular account, you must be linked to that account. If you are unable to complete these steps or need assistance, please contact the TechZone.

1. Log in to https://email.wisc.edu.
2. Click the account menu in the top right. If you have a profile picture, the menu button will show it. Otherwise, it should show your initials.
3. Select Open another mailbox.
4. Enter the full email address of the account you'd like to access.
5. If the account shows up in the search results, select it. Otherwise, click Use this address in the results dropdown.
6. Click Open.
