Printing (macOS) - Adding a Printer from Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub

add a printer from WS1

These steps only work for macOS devices which are supported by the LSS TechZone. If you are using a personal computer, or a computer supported by another IT unit on campus, please submit a TechZone support request by emailing

  • From your Applications, open Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub.
  • In the sidebar on the left, click: Apps.
  • From the "Categories" drop-down menu at the top of the window, select: Printers.
  • Find your desired printer in the list and click: Run.
  • Your printer should appear in your list shortly.
