Printing (macOS) - Removing a Printer

How to remove a printer in macOS.

  1. Using the Apple menu in the top left of the screen, open System Preferences.
  2. Navigate to Printers & Scanners.
  3. Select the printer you'd like to remove from the list.
  4. Click the - (minus) button then Delete Printer.
