This document is intended for use with personally-owned Macs. If your Mac is supported by the TechZone, see Printing (macOS) - Adding a Printer from Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub:

        1. Click the link provided to you by the TechZone. You should not need to log in to Box in order to access this page.
        2. At the top of the page, click: Download.
        3. You may disregard and close out of the Log in prompt.
        4. Open Finder and navigate to your "Downloads" folder.
        5. Safari users may be able to skip to Step 7 if their downloaded file does not end in a .zip file extension.
        6. Find the file you just downloaded. Double click to "unzip" it.
        7. Find the unzipped file, it should have a .command file extension at the end.
        8. Right Click > Open With:
        9. In the pop-up window, click: Open.
        10. You should see a Terminal window open with status updates.
        11. When the window says "[Process completed]" at the bottom, you may quit Terminal and your printer should be installed.
