The Law School has provided a set of mailboxes so student organizations and co-curricular activities can receive mail at the Law School. The mailboxes are located in the second floor hallway, outside of the student kitchen. Organizations that do not receive very much mail may share a box with another organization. Mailboxes are intended for mail and to pass documents/small items between your members. Please do not use the mailboxes as storage. 

Organizations should assign a member(s) to check the mail at least once a week during the academic year. You should also find a member who can check the mail periodically during the summer, or set up a temporary forward with the USPS if you expect to receive mail over the summer.

Please be advised that the Law School will open time-sensitive mail such as bills or IRS notifications, to ensure your organization receives the information in a timely manner.
