Bulletin Boards
There are a limited number of bulletin boards on the second floor reserved for student organization use. Organizations will be assigned a specific board for your use based on availability. Bulletin boards must be updated annually before the first day of 1L Orientation prior to the fall semester. Any bulletin board not updated by the deadline will be assigned to another organization.
Organizations may use their discretion in deciding what to post on their assigned bulletin board, so long as University policy regarding Student Organization activities are followed. Many organizations use this space to showcase their board members and upcoming events. Some boards also have an interactive element to encourage student engagement with the organization.
Organizations may not post on another organization's assigned board without permission and may not remove any materials from another organization's assigned board.
