Learn@UW/D2L - Viewing Quiz Feedback
This document describes how students may view any feedback in a quiz attempt that has been provided by an instructor of a course.
A quiz may contain up to three levels of feedback that students can see when they view their quiz attempt results.
- Quiz Level Feedback
Feedback may be provided by an instructor while grading a quiz as an overall comment. It is displayed near the top of the submission view.
- Question Level Feedback
Feedback may be provided for individual quiz questions. It is displayed at the bottom of each question that contains feedback.
- Response Level Feedback
This level of feedback applies to Multiple-Choice, True/False, Multi-Select, and Ordering questions. Feedback may be provided for each possible choice that may be selected.
For Multiple-Choice and True/False questions, feedback is only displayed if the choice has been selected as the answer.
For Multi-Select questions, feedback is displayed for the boxes that have been selected as the answer.
For Ordering questions, feedback is displayed for each choice that contains feedback text.
The feedback is displayed at the bottom of each question.
When you view a submission of your quiz attempt, any quiz level feedback is displayed near the top. If a quiz question contains question or response level feedback, you will see a "View Feedback" link at the bottom of the question.
Click the link to view the feedback.
