AEFIS - Adding Favorites to the AEFIS Menu

This document explains how to navigate in AEFIS using the menu, and how to add favorites for easier navigation

There are several components within AEFIS, but many departments at UW-Madison only use AEFIS for course evaluations and assessment reports. If you are an AEFIS department administrator, you can make navigation easier by adding items as favorites, using the star icon.

To favorite a component:

  1. Select the star icon beside the items that you need access to most frequently. Hover your cursor on the right side of the menu and a star appears. Click to select an item as a favorite.
  2. Once selected, click the white star on the top of the menu. The menu will filter to show only items you have favorited with a star.

Menu Items

Here is a list of are menu items to star when you are a college and/or department AEFIS admin:

  • AEFIS Dashboard
  • Courses
  • Course Sections
  • Survey Templates
  • Survey Schedules 
  • Surveys
  • Report Dashboard
  • Colleges
  • Departments
