DesignPLUS - Known Issue - Close Button is Missing or Invisible

In DesignPLUS, the Close button is missing or invisible.

DesignPLUS pop-up windows usually have an X in the upper right corner, which you can use to close the window. This button is invisible or missing. 

Affects

  • This issue is specific to Windows 11 computers.
    Average DesignPLUS window open, but the X/Close button isn't displayed. This was captured in Windows 11
  • The X appears properly on MacOS computers.
    Average DesignPLUS window open, and the X/Close button is displayed. This was captured in MacOS 26

Status

This issue is present as of 11/12/2025. The vendor has been notified and is working on a solution.

Workaround

Use your cursor to highlight the window. The button will become visible when highlighted.
