Zoom - Known Issue - Cannot Launch a Meeting from Firefox [UW-Madison]
In the Zoom-Canvas integration, users may not be able to launch a meeting from Firefox.
When using the Zoom-Canvas integration in Firefox, users may experience difficulties launching a meeting.
Affects
- Students and Instructors using Mozilla Firefox to access a Canvas course where the Zoom integration is enabled.
Workaround
Please use an alternate browser, such as Google Chrome, when using the Zoom-Canvas integration.
