Learn@UW - Getting Help with Supported Tools for Teaching (UW-Madison)

DoIT Academic Technology's Learn@UW service provides software support for UW-Madison instructors to use in teaching courses. This KB document outlines the supported solutions and how to get support on them.

Technical support for Canvas, D2L, Moodle, Kaltura, and Blackboard Collaborate is available to all UW-Madison faculty and staff by contacting:

If you are a course instructor or staff member supporting a course and would like to talk to a consultant about one of the tools or have more general questions on tools for teaching, in addition to your local departmental support you can contact:
