The TA Dashboard in HelioCampus AC
As a TA, you may notice your HelioCampus AC dashboard has become somewhat busier. This is because HelioCampus AC considers your profile both a student and instructor profile; one that gives and receives course evaluations. To see your HelioCampus AC dashboard, log into heliocampusac.wisc.edu.
My Course Evaluations
The My Course Evaluations panel presents composite results of the evaluations submitted by the students in your course sections.
My Surveys
You may be already familiar with the My Surveys, where you access the surveys you need to complete as a student. If this panel is empty, no surveys are currently active.
My Course Sections and Syllabi
The My Course Sections & Syllabi panel is located near the top, on the left side.
The My Course Sections & Syllabi panel displays two groups of information: As Faculty, As Student.
In the As Faculty group, you'll find all the course sections to which you have been added as a TA.
The As a Student group lists all the course sections in which you are currently enrolled as a student. This space allows you another avenue through which you can access your course syllabi. (You may need to scroll down to see this group.)
Color Codes
The color indicators in the HelioCampus AC Dashboard My Course Evaluations widget and on the survey results page have a percentage rate like the following:
0-24% = Red
25-49% = Orange
50-74% = Yellow
75-100% = Green
