Applicant Status Page Overview with Screenshots

This document provides a brief overview of the Graduate School application Status page.

Once applicants log into their application portal, they'll land on the Home page, which has the header Application Management at the top. By selecting the Graduate Application link (highlighted in the screenshot below), they will be brought to that specific application's Status Page.

Status Page

The Status Page for the application provides the following information:

  • Welcome
  • Status Update
  • Verify Address
  • Recent Activities
  • Application Checklist
  • Forms
  • Official Transcript Status
  • Edit Options

See the collapsible panels below for these different sections.

Welcome, Status Update, and Verify Address

The screenshot above shows the following sections:

  • Welcome: this section provides the name of the program at the top, followed by the reference number, a link to go back to the Application Portal Landing Page (the Home page), and a link to withdraw the application.
  • Status Update: This section will provide status updates, such as when the applicant has been offered admission. When a new status update is available, this section will be highlighted with a link to view the update.
  • Verify Address: This section will list the applicant's addresses, which can be edited by the applicant if necessary.

Recent Activities

The screenshot above shows Recent Activities section, which will provide information about recent activities such as the payment of the application.

Application Checklist

  • Residence information: All applicants will have to complete a Residence Application, which will be available here after submitting the application. The residence link will take the applicant to the Residency Application, and once completed will be marked as received.
  • Transcript Information: All transcripts received or pending will appear in this list, both copies and official transcripts.
  • Recommendation Information: All recommendations received or pending will be listed here. The applicant can also re-visit the recommendation page of their application to send reminders or edit their references.

Forms, Official Transcript Status, and Edit Options

The screenshot above shows the following sections:

  • Forms: This is where the applicant can fill out the Decision Reply Form, where they can either accept or decline the offer of admission
  • Official Transcript status: This is where applicants can see if their official transcript has been received and from which institutions.
  • Edit Options: Applicants can use these links to change their email address and password associated with their account. They can also use the last link to log out of the application.
