Accessing Dept of Medicine Citrix

This document provides setup and login information for users needing access to the Dept of Medicine Citrix service -- a convenient solution for users needing to access departmental resources remotely.

The Citrix profiles below both offer access to similar resources but remain independent in case of any server downtime. New users should view the available documentation on initial setup and access.

Troubleshooting

If a user experiences difficulty accessing a specific server, users are encouraged to try the other server. If both servers are experiencing difficulty, users should contact the Dept of Medicine Help Desk to report an outage.

* To create a permanent link that does not necessitate the use of Internet Explorer, right-click on either of the two CLICK HERE links listed above, select Save Target (or Link) As, and save the ica file permanently to your desktop. Then double-click the ica file to initiate Citrix.
