Email Security: URL Defense - Supported Browsers

This document outlines the recommended browsers for use with URL Defense.

Recommended Browsers

As of January 2023, URL Defense is fully supported on the following web browsers:

  • Chrome - version 87 or later
  • Firefox - version 83 or later
  • Microsoft Edge - All versions supported by the Microsoft Edge Lifecycle Policy
  • Safari - version 14 or later

Unsupported browsers may work for most links but if you encounter errors we will not be able to open a support case with the vendor to resolve the issue. The recommended workaround is to open the link with one of the supported browsers.
