Marking a respondent as "do not contact"
To exclude someone from all future contact, sometimes called "global refusal".
- Go to Add/Edit Records
- Choose the arm you want, Core or Refresher
- Enter the resp_id
- Go the Sensitive Fields instrument and click the change bubble next to "Do not contact":
(Admin core members can directly change the value to "Yes" and save, if already validated via email) - Change to "Open query", put a comment in the box explaining why the respondent requested this, and then click "Open query" at the bottom
- A core admin will see this and update the record, resolving when complete.
