Marking a respondent as a decedent
How to mark a respondent for decedent review.
- Go to Add/Edit Records
- Choose the arm you want, Core or Refresher
- Enter the resp_id
- Go the Sensitive Fields instrument and click the change bubble next to "Date of death" or "Suspected decedent":
- Change to "Open query", put a comment in the box with all the details you have, and then click "Open query" at the bottom
- If you have an obituary or relevant file to attach, after opening the query, click the bubble again (it will now have a red !) and choose Reply with response: "Other", and click "Upload file". Add a comment if needed, and then click "Respond to query" at the bottom.
- A core admin will see this and update the record, resolving when complete.
