Badger Data Access: Viewing Event History
This document provides an overview of the Event History page in the Badger Data Access application.
Users can view the history of their provisioning by accessing the Event History page. Event History shows records of completed workflows and administrative events throughout time. An action that ends a workflow is an Event. The tables below provide more information on the types of actions that qualify as Events.
Click Event History from the left side menu to view.

The Event History page includes the following information:

Definitions of Event Details:
| Event Details | Description |
|---|---|
| Permission for role was granted | The request passed all levels of approvals and was provisioned |
| Role was denied | The role request was denied by an approver |
| Role deleted by admin | The role assignment was removed by an administrator |
| Assignment Removed. Role List Deleted. | A role that had been provisioned no longer exists and has been automatically removed from the user's provisioned access |
| Role was denied. Role List Deleted. | A role that was requested by not yet provisioned no longer exists and has been automatically removed from the user's pending requests |
| User cancelled request | A request that was pushed back for changes was then canceled by the user |
| Admin cancelled request | A request that was pushed back for changes was then canceled by an administrator |
| Webhook event | A change in job/position data in Workday triggered the removal of access |
Definitions of Event Types:
