Facilities-Complimentary Tickets
All School of Music faculty and staff can attend any ticketed Mead Witter School of Music event at the Hamel Music Center (HMC) free of charge. Faculty and staff are eligible to claim one complimentary ticket per ticketed School of Music event at HMC.
- To claim your ticket online in advance, select a School of Music event on the Campus Arts Ticketing site, then enter the promotional code sent to you by the communications manager in the "promotional code" field on the ticketing page. To complete the process, you will need to set up an account with Campus Arts Ticketing if you have not done so already. To avoid lines at the box office, select the "print at home" option (versus "will call").
- Or claim your ticket in advance with your Wiscard at the Memorial Union Box Office during regular business hours, M-F 2-6 pm
- Or claim your ticket with your Wicscard at the HMC Box Office at the event. If an event is sold out, claiming a ticket at the HMC Box Office will not be an option.
Music faculty who are performing at a School of Music event at HMC are allowed up to four additional complimentary tickets. Guest artists who are performing at a School of Music event at HMC are allowed up to two complimentary tickets per artist. These additional complimentary ticket requests for performing faculty and guest artists can be made to the School of Music communications manager up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance. Requests made outside of that window cannot be honored. Additional complimentary ticket requests are based on ticket availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional requests will be confirmed via email.
