• Users will notice a change to Advising Gateway. The visa email has been fixed.

What will users experience?

• Users (excluding Madison users and UW Flexible Option users) will be shown a banner informing users of a System transition off of MyUW which will take place on June 11th
• my.wisc.edu/list-library will redirect to List Library's new external implementation and hosting.
• Users who had PI Financials Tool in their layout will no longer have this item in their layout.
• Courses app will appear in user layouts as a default (replacing MyCourses portlet).
  • New users in the MyCourses default audience and existing users in that audience who have not modified their layout will have Courses app tile in place of My Courses tile on next login.
  • Existing users in this default audience who have modified their layout will continue to have My Courses where it currently exists in their layout.

What will users experience?

• SOAR-eligible students will again be able to find Student Orientation in search results and add this content to their layouts if they wish.
• Starting May 4, SOAR-eligible students will again receive Student Orientation in their layouts as a default item.

• We adjusted font sizes, line heights, and font weights
• MyUW now underlines the styling on the link in the MYUW-004 error message.
• Tool tips now use the Red Hat font
• Hierarchical headings added to the empty layout case
