Blackboard Collaborate - Recordings not appearing in Web Conferencing session details in My UW Portal

Links to recorded sessions are not appearing in the session details due to a known issue and effort is underway to resolve the matter. In the meantime, users should send requests for access to recordings to collaborate-info@lists.wisc.edu including the exact session name and date/time of the recording. Requestors will receive a link to a web page that includes a list of the recording(s) for the specified session.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.
