MyUW - Bug - Stuck at "Loading..."
When navigating to MyUW, a "Loading..." prompt will first appear before the apps and the rest of the site layout. In certain situations, MyUW will never progress past the "Loading..." prompt.
In some cases the browser will become stuck at the loading screen when attempting to access MyUW:
Known causes and troubleshooting
- This issue can be caused by a mismatch in resources cached in the browser vs the latest available on the MyUW server.
- Try reloading the page.
- Test it in a different browser.
- Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
- Adblocking extensions e.g.Adblock Plus, uBlock Origin have been known to cause MyUW to become stuck at this screen. While we believe these issues have been resolved, if you do get stuck at the "Loading..." screen, please try disabling any adblocking extensions in your browser.
