Get help with MyUW
For help with logging into the MyUW Portal or interacting with widgets and apps, contact the DoIT Help Desk: Get Help from DoIT.
The Help Desk can assist with NetIDs, app permissions, and troubleshooting the portal. If needed, they can also escalate unresolved issues directly to the MyUW admin team.
Please note that if you are experiencing an issue within a separate site/application (e.g., Canvas, Payroll Information, etc.) or is supported by another division or UW System institution (e.g., Admissions, campus-specific login credentials), the DoIT Help Desk may escalate your case or refer you to a more appropriate service team that can better assist you.
