Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: August Update (8/6/17)

Blackboard plans to deploy an update to Blackboard Collaborate Ultra on Sunday, August 6, 2017. The update will not cause a disruption in service and will include the following new features and enhancements:
- Chat messages by the same user, before other users post, roll up under one avatar. Each message no longer has its own avatar.
- Users can access an in-session tutorial about the Chat feature
- Groups show in the Participants panel and are expanded to view all group members in all groups at once, making it easier for Moderators to manage
