Users may have experienced errors when attempting to access Blackboard Collaborate Ultra service from approximately 4:05 - 5:32 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Users would’ve been unable to access sessions during this timeframe.
We apologize for the disruption in service and will follow-up with the vendor about the source of the service outage.
