Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: Maintenance Release (7/25/18)

The vendor, Blackboard, will apply a maintenance release for Collaborate Ultra from 2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. This release provides additional features, such as a timer to provide participants in advance of the session start, and the ability to upload or replace VTT caption files. Collaborate Ultra and Original users may experience intermittent availability during this timeframe.
The vendor stated, "we will try to minimize downtime and do not plan on using the entire maintenance window, however we will use the entire maintenance window if necessary."
