My UW System Portal - Eligibility
This document details who is eligible to access the My UW System portal.
All faculty, staff and student employees with active appointments should be able to access My UW System. You must have a VALID and ACTIVE username (e.g., NetID, ePanther, login name) with your local campus. These accounts are issued by your local campus and are typically used to access campus online resources. Your campus Employee ID (aka HR ID) must be accurate and available in the UW System Directory.
UW System faculty, staff and students employees that have terminated employment may have access to My UW System for 24 months from their appointment end date, depending on their local campus policy. This continued access provides the employee with access to their earning, leave, tax and benefit statements. However, once that time period has elapsed, access to My UW System terminates.
